I have been taking my car to Jerrys pretty much every month since I bought it from them for the same problem finally just got fed up with it and took it somewhere else because Jerrys told me it was normal and that gm told them that just to find out that there has been a bulletin out for the problem with my car for over a year they are nothing but liars and a bunch of scam artist just looking for a sale. My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox from BJ in Lennox. We felt that had a great experience working with BJ, KC, and Todd.
