Very poor and rude customer service by a gal! Drove an hour and a half and the vehicle we were looking at was already sold ! Will not be returning !
Went to purchase a vehicle and had horrible service salesman didn’t seem to want to sell vehicle. Drive 2 hours to test drive the car but had no gas in it and we had to put gas in to test drive. They closed at 5 but was close to getting a deal done but told us to come back another day they were closing up for the day. Horrible buying experience.
Ethan and Nathan in the Vermillion area took great care of me, I live 6 hours away and they worked with me the whole time sending any information I needed for the pick up, Ethan went above and beyond and Nathan was a great help while I was there, great service and great deals.
I am beyond pleased the services of this dealership. I have been to a few dealerships and have been treated “alright”. I have now purchased two vehicles from Jerry’s and their customer service is amazing. They are very helpful, very friendly was asked if I needed anything while I waited. they helped me find a car that fit my budget.
