The guys at Jerry’s offer the best customer service hands down! Dustin was an awesome salesman and Nathan and Aaron were very helpful as well! My entire experience was amazing and not once was I pressured into anything! Keep up the great work guys!!

I went through Jerry's auto in Vermillion. I can honestly say they were amazing. I worked with Ethan and he did an awesome job! He was very friendly and helpful. I can also say the same for his manager.

Friend bought a truck from them that they said was serviced he has put almost 500$ into the truck already new air filter new fuel filter the fuel filter was so dirty it was starting to suck itself into the motor had to put crankcase filter in after getting 10miles from Jerry's light came on he called them took 2 weeks to get a response they agreed to pay half of it had to put front breaks on the air filter was plugged had a cold air intake on it all they had to do was rinse it out and let it dry but couldn't even do that the... read more

I bought a truck from there got 10miles got a notification saying perform service I called local dealer next day since I'm 2 hours away from jerry's they said it needs crankcase filter so they fixed the problem 250$ later so I called jerry's Monday they said they'd talk to there manager I called Thursday the salesman never talked to his manger I called Friday and still no answer I figured I spent 37,000$ on a truck you'd think they'd say ya we will pick up the bill but nope got nothing don't recommend going to this dealer th... read more

Pushy sales men, when there was a slight error on the payoff balance with our trade in they automatically placed the blame on us, the person that we talked to lacked customer service skills and kept interrupting us. Terrible experience that we had to go through, I would never recommend this company to any and I would never go back.

I had a very good experience with Jerry’s in beresford . The salesmen that approached me was very friendly and not pushy at all. They let my wife and I test drive truck the truck alone which is a good thing for me, every time a sales rep is along on test drives I just don’t a good feel for a vehicle. Then when he came back with their trade offer I was very pleastly surprised. They gave me about $3,000-$4,000 MORE then what I found for a trade in value. Love coming here for cars! They even send text messages on our birthdays! Always have great cars with no issues and employees are amazing! We have to get our son his first car soon and trade in our denoli, hopefully they have serving good, cause we don't want to go anywhere else!

Jerry's auto lost a long time loyal customer. I had an issue with the last vehicle I purchased from them. Between the time I inspected the vehicle and when it was delivered to me, a hole was put into the bumper. They would not return my calls or my emails to take care of the problem. Also, they were supposed to hold a check until my previous warranty check was returned (their idea). They cashed the check earlier than promised and overdrew my account. I won't go back!
