I’ve had my car in for service multiple times for scheduled maintenance. On June 11th I dropped off the car at 8:45am. The car was then parked on the lot and never was attended to or worked on for the day. The company never communicated to me that the car wouldn’t be ready by end of day. This has happened in the past where the car had sat on the lot for days at a time without being worked on. No communication, cannot reach anyone in the service department. Phone calls and messages are not returned.
They don't even deserve 1 star. This is the worst dealership my wife and I have ever dealt with. We call ahead, find the SUV we wanted/dreamed of...we put a deposit on it AND an additional car we weren't even looking for. We leave for a week with the assurance the 2 vehicles would be prepped and ready for us when we got back......we got back....vehicle's weren't prepped.....paperwork wasn't done....the "financial" manager prints all the papers and has our names wrong....the vehicle's wrong....even the paper wrong.....they FI... read more
Horrible experience at this dealer! I am a veteran and a firmean and will Never shop here again and will tell everyone I know NOT to go here! I ended up buying an SUV here, then it all went wrong! Not only are they not very knowledgeable on their vehicles, they are liars and will say anything to get you in a vehicle. When the customer purchased the vehicle, there were some additional items covered under warranty that needed addressed. The parts for the repairs were not available that day and were not safety related. This was an out of state customer who was leaving back to Texas in the vehicle the next day. The customer was informed the items were covered under warranty and could be addressed at any GM dealership. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The service is super slow. Nobody answers the phone or calls back and when you try to make a connection you get the runaround. The clerks are always rude or give lip service. They always create more problems than their service center can fix such as unwarranted personal property damage.
