We bought our new Kia ********* at the dealership. The check engine light is on. The next available appointment is in two months! AND, the service manager (*****) doesn't return calls. A check engine light is not something to be taken lightly and driving the car can damage the engine. 100% regret buying this car from them.
We have been trying to get warranty work done since purchasing our vehicle and can't get any help. My husband and I both have been calling and leaving messages and can't get anyone to return our calls to schedule an appointment. Definitely the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. They just want your $ and don't want to have to do their job.
I have left multiple phone messages for the title department, sent an email and even called another department to get a person to help me with a title issue. No response. No help. When I did get a person in another department she left me on hold for 33 minutes before I had to finally hang up. The title issue is their fault according to GM financial, another totally frustrating business to deal with. **************** is inefficient to say the least. They hung up on me when I was interested in buying a car from them. I have no idea why they did that.
If I could give them negative stars I would! Back in January I reserved a truck and put a deposit on it. They said it would be about 2 months. They called a few weeks later and said my truck shipped. It was supposed to show up the 4. I was going to pick it up on the 8th. I fill out the credit app when he called me to tell me my truck shipped. Got a call that a telluride I wanted was coming in and to put a non refundable ***** down to reserve it. I was going to, but asked to have the paperwork sent to me first so I could read any fine print as Im not an idiot. When I got the paperwork there was $***** in charges for nonsense that I didnt want. ***** of that was for an extended warranty that I MUST purchase since I planned to put ****** down, or I could put ***** down and not buy the extended warranty. I have had a $2000.00 deposit almost 1 year ago to purchase a new Escalade well north of $100,000.00 for my Montana home. I went to Jerry Seiner Cadillac to purchase a vehicle that was listed online and after informing them that I was ready to buy the car and pay the full price right-away without the need of financing it, they went ahead and pull my credit without my consent. I clearly told the sales representative that I didn't need any loans, and I specifically told them NOT TO PULL MY CREDIT. I had a horrible experience trying to purchase a truck they had listed online. Also had trouble getting in touch with the sales staff. I found the truck I wanted online and wanted to get all the details and price done before I came into the dealership since I live about an hour away. It was completely impossible to get a price from all 3 of the sales staff I spoke with. None of them knew or could recall what rebates the truck qualified for.
