Dr.Scales is a thief. He charges his patients for services that he did not render. After visiting him twice I learned this and no longer took my child there for his services. I had to repeatedly call his staff and my insurance company to get the situation handled. Eventually he retracted the amounts that he charged and I took my business elsewhere.
