This office is so unprofessional there is a lady that works there named Vanessa and she stated she was not able to help me because the referral coordinator was not available and the office manager was not in the office that day, and there was nothing she can do to help me. She also stated she had been calling the patient for a couple of days now trying to reach her and that it is not her problem that the patient did not answer the phone to reminder her of the procedure she had coming up. Honestly stay away from this office! I called to make an appointment and the staff told me they don’t take commercial patients in other words patients that are adults. I would have to see a Nurse Practitioner instead of the primary doctor I used to see. I refuse to see a Nurse Practitioner than my own doctor. Sorry not sorry. They have to be seniors with Medicare to see this specific doctor. This is what you call discrimination. That’s not right at all, plus they don’t even inform you of the change. Very unprofessional.
