Okay I want to give the biggest shout out to Kennedee Burk. She pulled a lot of strings and put in so much effort to find the perfect ring. I just want to thank you so much and give you the recognition you deserve for your hard work. I don't think anyone else could have helped me better than you did. And for anyone wanting to get a ring talk with her she is the best around.
Jensen Jewelers is the place to go! With amazing customer service, you always feel like it's a genuine experience! I had the chance in the past to work (in the company) personally, with Kaleb, and see firsthand just how much he cares for customers and giving individuals the best service/ experience. I've never seen a manager that cares quite like he does! Go in and visit Jensen jewelers, I promise you won't be disappointed!
Kaleb was absolutely amazing. His kindness and knowledge were top notch. He explained every aspect of my purchase and helped to make my experience a pleasant one! Thank you Kaleb, we will definitely be back for more beautiful jewelry.
Dez has been nothing but amazing to my husband and I for the last two years. She helped him pick out my engagement ring and wedding bands and other jewelry as well. We love going there and seeing her and I have been so in love with everything we have gotten as well!!! Wouldn't buy from anywhere else!!

My husband picked put the most beautiful ring for our engagement, about 8 years ago. After we got married we took the set we purchased from Jensen's back to get them soldered together. When I got my rings back, the little ruby heart that was on the underside had been melted out during the process. It wasn't something I was told about, but I noticed it when I was looking. We took it back in to have it replaced, and when I got it back, all they did was fill the spot with bright red paint. They said that was all they could do. ... read more
