Just had my semi-annual check-up and cleaning. Although procedures have changed due to pandemic, I had a great cleaning from my hygienist Jen. She explained how the cleaning would be slightly different and worked very hard to ensure my teeth were as clean as possible - working a little extra on some coffee staining. Excellent care.
Dr. Mike was amazing in the extractions of 4 teeth from my son. My son has anxieties and Dr. Mike did a great job with him and had amazing patience. Can't thank him enough.
Everything was so quick Dr. Chen does great work!

I was absolutely blown away by this wonderful dentist, her oral-surgeon husband, and her entire office! Their kindness and patient-oriented attitude was evident from the first moment of my phone contact to the continued care they are providing (my “wonderful” insurance company has decided to create issues for the already busy dentists’ office by, of course, rejecting the claim immediately, for absolutely NO REASON—I contacted them, and this is what I was told, though not in those exact words, as you might’ve guessed). Dr Jenny and her team are excellent. Their work is awesome. I have had teeth issues since a young age and Dr Jenny made me love my smile again with beautiful new crowns. Thank you all ❤️

My experience would have been perfect if the office staff would have followed through on my insurance. Just bc I had United Healthcare they assumed it was the same plan... even though I said several times it was different. On the phone when I called in my new member number and in office at my appointment. She even looked at my card , but only to confirm my member id # was correct. Had she been paying attention she would have noticed it was a dual complete /Medicare plan and not the community plan as I previously had. Only bc... read more
