I wondered what to expect going to the dentist during a pandemic but as usual he rec’d excellent care. They are Efficient and always talk to Him as a young man and not a baby! That is important when you’re an old man of 8!

I arrived at Dr. Chen's during the recent storm to find that the electricity had just been restored. Rather than have me return at a later date, Dr. Chen personally performed a cleaning of my teeth with one of her able assistants and I was off and running for anothe six months.

Despite losing power, I was able to get a cleaning. They were kind and apologetic. They explained the situation and did their best. I love Dr. Jenny.

First time I was unhappy. Received 3 text messages-all with different times for my appt. Hygienist did not floss my teeth or I feel like she did much in the way of polishing them & there was a lot of polish left in the pod she used. Did not see Dr Jenny, the dentist was nice & knowledgeable, but I do feel I should have been made aware before the appt. Never received the complimentary oral care kit afterwards, not impressed overall with this hygienist after so many great ones there.
