Very professional and courteous. Several reminders were sent and my arrival was right on time. I was taken to the examination room in short order. A very efficient event.
WHEN YOU KEEP EVERYTHING ON THE TABLE AND GIVE CUSTOMERS A PRINT OUT OF EVERYTHING YOU ARE GOING TO DO INCLUDING YOUR X-RAYS. NO ONE IS IN THE DARK. I HAD NO PROBLEM LIKE OTHER DENTIST I WAS GOING TO GO TO. I WILL RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS TO COME TO JENNY IN PA, I'M FROM NEW YORK
Dr. Chen is great. She explains the treatment needed and her work is exceptional. Office staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
THIS WAS NOT A REGULAR APPOINTMENT BUT GOT ME IN. i AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS OFFICE AND PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE.
