I’m a new client who set up an appointment for an annual. I got my period on Labor Day, the day before my appointment at 8am. I tried calling to cancel my appointment but the office did not answer because they were closed. I did not show up to the appointment because I work in health care and I know my annual pap specimen will be inaccurate while on my period. 2 hours after the appointment, I got a text message saying they charged me $50 no show fee.
