She's nice. Just don't use her company's preferred lender and have your own Buyer's Agent. My wife and I learned that lesson the hard way. They pulled the plug on our financing a week before closing and kept the $400 we had paid for the home appraisal. It was a blessing though. Got a house a year later that has more land, more rooms and square footage in a much nicer neighborhood in Spring Hill! :)
