Dr. Gigax has cared for all of my children since birth. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Has a great bedside manner, and most importantly she truly cares. She makes sure you leave her office feeling confident without having questions or concerns on your care. She explains everything to each patient thoroughly and talks to my kiddos first. I would recommend her to anyone.
Pompous; unprofessional; lacks integrity. Our son suffered from a bacterial infection for 7 months due to not being given the proper care by Dr. Gigax and the staff at Akron Children’s New Philadelphia. Their lack of following proper protocol forced us to go to another institution to seek the proper treatment. Our son suffered and screamed every single night without Dr. Gigax or the staff ever following up to see if he had improved.
