Jennifer absolutely changed my life. Through EMDR therapy, she helped me heal from childhood trauma that I thought would be a part of my life forever. I am a few years out from healing that part of my life, and I still notice the biggest changes in myself and how I deal with things, all thanks to Jennifer and EMDR therapy. I came back to Jennifer after I had my first child to help with my OCD. My child is now almost two, and I attribute my ability to be present and not focus on the negative or the "what ifs" to Jennifer.
