I had a great experience with this office. I am not happy with the eye glass department. I spent over $600 for my glasses after my insurance participation. After 6month check after caterac surgery my prescription changed. They would not correct my glasses. They only correct up to 60 days. Costco and Sams will adjust up to a year at half the price. You have to wait 6months for your after surgery check up which exceeds the 60 days. That's convenient. Guess I'll be going back to Sams, NEVER had a problem there.

Knowledgeable, forthcoming on recommendations, does not try to get you to fill scripts. I thought I might need glasses but she told me I did not need them because I have monovision. She did not want me to waste money unless I was driving a lot at night and having any problems, which I am not! I like her and I will be back next year.

Ms. Julie who did my intake was just wonderful. I liked her very much. She was kind and considerate and very informative. Dr. Gallo was very professional and kind. She listened to everything I said before making any decisions. I like that very much not all doctors take the time to listen to you.
