The explanation of my vision problem And explaining every step of the process.
Original apt was made by an employee in “the call center” and scheduled incorrectly as she was unaware of referring physician process. A wasted trip as had to be rescheduled. At the rescheduled appointment, the front counter person struggled to locate in my file the name of the referring physician; thus, I had to provide. The office manager apologetic; however, it shouldn’t be this hard.
Dr Gallo and her staff are always very professional, friendly, competent and really seem to care about my vision.
Everyone at Tyson was welcoming. There were no delays. Full exam was through and took just an hour.
