We had the driver window regulator go bad and the cable broke leaving our window stuck in the down position. Jenkins was able to get us in to diagnose the issue, they did not have the parts in stock to make the repair (understandable). They told us they would have the parts in two days and would call us to get it repaired, this was on a Wednesday. We never received a call so we called them on the following Monday to check to see if the part had came in, they checked and said yes it had came in. So we asked if we could drop o... read more
