Such a nice, knowledgeable and friendly doctor! All these 3stars are for the doctor himself!!! However, sadly with ridiculous reception who is the wife! Very poor communication skill! Very poor office without even a proper computer! Can’t even look up for one patient, can’t even pull out any information. Also, she will blame you for not remembering the little number that only her wrote on your insurance card! Which its not even my business! Blame patient who make the appointment too early! The doctor‘s wife who works in front desk is a very dishonest person, she charged me $150 for the first visiting and then my health insurance company returned $110 to them but she didn't call me to let me take the money as she had mentioned before. I actually want to rate Dr.Jeng 5 stars but the missing one is because of Mrs. Jeng, which definitely should result in 0 star but it will ruin Dr. Jeng's professional reputation so that I chose not to rate 0.
