Unprofessional, fails to follow through with showing appointments, must track her down to receive feedback from the few appointments she follows through with. She does not cancel or reschedule appointments if she cannot make it, instead she allows us to think our house truly was shown. When confronted about this she states "I'm running behind, I thought the showing was for a later time." Extremely unorganized and inconsiderate.
