I had a hammer toe on each foot that had been bothering me for years. He straightened both of them out and solved my problem. I recommend him highly. Friendly staff. Easy location to find, and very prompt and professional.
This was my first visit with Dr. Schnell and his wonderful staff. The office visit was excellent and was diagnosed quickly and treated in a professional and courteous manner. Dr. Jeffery Schnell’s interaction with patients is wonderful. 5 stars
The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Billing is fair and accurate. The wait times seem very reasonable even when the office is full. Dr Schnell has provided great care for my condition, giving good options and effective treatments. He's takes the time to listen to my questions. He also happens to be a very likable guy.
He refused to accept what every vascular doctor and foot doctor from here to Nashville said about needing to amputate my foot. He told me he could give me a real chance to save it, but only if I did “everything “ he told me to do. He was concise, brutally honest, and blunt. He firmly explained this would be a very, very slow process due to all my complications, and failure would definitely result if I failed to follow all the instructions. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was a person about to be taken care of. Now when I say that, I mean some offices you walk in, you're a number, you're a patient. Here they treat you like part of a family. The people are kind and straight shooters. No B.S. they get to the point, take care of you and get you back in the world.
