I like that Dr Schwartz always greets me by name, reviews my history with me, asks if I have any questions, and generally makes me feel like an important patient.

A patient of Dr. Schwartz for 16 years. He has always answered all my questions talked candidly with me which is what I like and has performed numerous surgeries. His office and nurses are awesome! Excellent doctor. Total class!

On 6/19/19, I called the Eye Institute of West Florida phone number 727-344-3008 to make an appointment with an Opthalmologist at the Central Avenue office in St. Petersburg and spoke with a lady that answered the phone. I did not get her name. I told her that I am an insulin dependent Type I diabetic that has been diagnosed with border line glaucoma in the past and I needed to see an Opthalmologist to check for glaucoma and retina. Even though he yelled at me. I like him. Kidding. I think he's very good or I wouldn't be there. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Everyone is professional.
He is a excellent doctor how care about his patients. He will explain everything to you about your eyes and will answer any questions you may have.
My experience was that I was taken care of in a timely manner, all staff members were very knowledgeable of their job and customer service was awesome.
