The office is very professional. I have been a patient for over 3 years and have never had any problems. They take ti,e to answer all questions.

Never had a problem with Dr. Schwartz. Retired after spending 30 years in the healthcare field, so I have a bit more understanding than others. I like the fact that he was conservative in my glaucoma treatment, but now the drops aren't working so I'm scheduled for a laser treatment. I have recommended Dr. Schwartz and the Eye Institute.
Very professional. You feel very much at ease and comfortable. You never feel that your being talked down to.
When I first had my eyes examined at an Eye Glasses Place, I was diagnosed with Glaucoma. The Optometrist advised me to see a specialist and she gave me a name. I then asked her if she was diagnosed with Glaucoma who would she go to. She then advised me, "Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz, he is the best" I then told her then why don't you recommend him in the first place. She then stated, "I didn't think of his name at the time, but since you asked for the best, he is it." I can now say he is the "BEST" A++
Dr. Swartz took the time to explain my procedure and what to expect. The whole staff was knowledgeable and professional.
Appointments are on time. The staff is friendly. Dr Swartz is very knowledgeable,to the point and very friendly but he gets you in and out in a timely fashion.
Dr. Schwartz was very professional and answered all of our questions in an easy to understand manner. We look forward to continuing to see him for his services.
Dr Schwartz takes time to explain testing process and what the test results indicate for future eye care.
