Very well organized. Good Covid-19 protocols.
Office is very efficient and organized. Good social distancing and cleaning regimen. Dr. Schwartz is very competent and explains things well; for glaucoma, he's your guy.
First visit - have seen his colleagues. You were straight to the point - matter of fact - and were on-time for the appointment. I appreciate all of that. I would encourage you to address his patients as Ms. or Mr. when you are introducing yourself as Dr. If you want to call me by my first name, then I'm happy to call you by yours, Jeff.

I would highly recommend Dr. Schwartz. He always takes his time and will answer all questions. He did the XEN Gel stent last year on me and I was very pleased with the after care and the result. I have been seen by 2 other good glaucoma specialists in the past 38 years and Dr. Schwartz is my third glaucoma specialists as my other two in the past retired and I feel confident about Dr. Schwartz.
