I have been visiting this facility for 3 years. The staff is very friendly Anytime my appointment is to see the Dr it is usually at least a 1 hour wait. If I see the PA or go just for blood test it is pretty quick. A consistent 1 hr wait for less than 5 minutes with the Dr is unacceptable. Occasionally I could understand but it is always.
Excellent care from Dr shock and his staff.
