I wish there was a way to leave no star, customer service was poor when I called and inquired about service...
Our family helped hire this attorney and paid a $10,000 retainer hoping they’d finally have proper representation. Less than a month later, the case was dropped with no clear reason, no communication, and no visible work done. Every time we tried to reach the attorney, he was “unavailable,” and staff gave the runaround about missing paperwork that had already been provided.
