Our family helped hire this attorney and paid a $10,000 retainer hoping they’d finally have proper representation. Less than a month later, the case was dropped with no clear reason, no communication, and no visible work done. Every time we tried to reach the attorney, he was “unavailable,” and staff gave the runaround about missing paperwork that had already been provided.

With all due respect, your response felt dismissive and inaccurate. The issue was never about a lack of cooperation, it was about the lack of communication, accountability, and transparency after paying a $10,000 retainer. You were repeatedly provided the requested documents and followed up multiple times with no clear updates or direct contact from the attorney. My experience with Jeff Gilbert Law Office has been a positive one. Mr. Gilbert and all of the staff, specially Jamie, have been helpful, transparent, caring, and thoughtful.
