I came in for a 3rd opinion to rule out knee surgery after being misdiagnosed by the 1st doctor. Dr #1 said I needed surgery & Dr #2 said no surgery needed right now, I was upset and confused so I decided on a 3rd opinion. Dr McGowan (my 3rd opinion) did the most thorough examination of my knee. He took all sorts of measurements, bending and twisting exams all while calling off measurements and other medical diagnostics/diagnosis to his MA, as she took notes.
