Dr. Jeffrey Zaks is a wonderful, caring physician and deserves 5 Stars. The office staff is another story. I would rate the "office" with 1 star because of our experiences with them. IF you reach the "right" person, you can get the help that you need. If not, and you will never know until perhaps it becomes too late, your messages go unreturned, and you get sicker.
