Tonight was my 2nd time here. My 1st time was a bad experience. Gave them a 2nd chance and they screwed up my pedicure appointment AGAIN! So frustrating to experience the same issues! NOT a place to get your nails done at. I unfortunately still have a gift card for here.... so maybe next time I will try another service. To top it all off, I went to check out and stood at the front desk in front of Andrea while she sat there and scrolled through her cell phone for several minutes not noticing me. Had a Young girl named Lauren do my daughters hair for a dance and my daughter is VERY PICKY when it comes to her hair and my daughter loved it! Haven’t been here in years and it’s beautiful !
Most fantastic experience ever! Milly at the Orland location was wonderful with my haircut and donation to Wigs for Kids. I've gotten so many compliments on my hairstyle. Everyone was extremely nice and super affordable. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends! Thank you so much for making it so enjoyable!
Tonight I️ was assisted by Kim S. and I️ just wanted to give her a shoutout. I️ absolutely love my new cut and I️ am so pleased with how it turned out. For years I️ have been trying to find a stylist who actually listened to my needs and cut my hair exactly how I️ like it. Kim S. was responsive to my concerns and answered all my questions too! I️ will be returning and loving my new cut in the meantime! ��
Ive been going here and seeing Beverly for the past 18 years since I was a teenager. She has always done a great job and is such a pleasure to see every month. For men they are always on the cutting edge whether you’re going for fun or professional cuts. They are always doing continuing education and staying on top of the latest trends. It’s always a breath of fresh air and full of friendly faces every time you walk in. I’ve never considered going anywhere else!
Everyone is very friendly! Brittiany rocks! If you are looking to do fun and out of the norm hair color, she’s the bomb!
