I called to book a paraffin wax manicure. Had to repeat what I was looking for 3 times and then placed on hold for almost 5 minutes. Girl came back asked what I wanted again and then said they don't offer that service anymore. Mind you, it's still on the list of services on their website

Whoever is manning the front desk there should have people skills, know how to smile and not rude to your customers. Bad experience today with that heavy set woman, MB initial. After a rude transaction with her, she asked me if I want to schedule another appointment. Hello, I will but not with her. She wished me Merry Christmas and I just ignored her. I can't stand another minute with her. There are other salons which are as expensive as you are but they respect their customers.
