He's a great Dr . Been using him for 40 years
1st dr. Jump is the most knowledgeable current on treatments and therapies he changed my life he’s soft-spoken so you have to listen unfortunately my mother had a few months left to live and I picked up and moved and yeah that was horrible but Dr. Jump and his office and all the adjuncts that he knows and all of the care that he puts into each patient is rare but his intelligence and his wide range of knowledge he can diagnose things and he knows the best people in town to go to to help you fix the problem I have a whole new... read more
I have always been very pleased with this practice until they became owened by CHI Memorial. Unfortunately billing is now done through CHI Memorial, they have terrible coders and bill for co-pay you do not owe. Also I had no luck in contacting the CHI billing dept. they make promises to follow up with the provider and never call back. I have been trying to get this corrected since the first of the year.
