Bad communication My experience at Harrisonburg Family Practice is that the doctors are great, but the staff is horrible. I've left numerous messages regarding lab results or tests, and I've never been called back. It takes probably 4 or 5 times before actually speaking to a doctor or nurse. Half the time I doubt that the doctors even get the messages. I've decided to change doctors not because of bad care, but bad treatment by the staff.
Not a good experience I am very disappointed with my experience with this practice. Dr. K Iudica was my doctor who started me an important med and when I needed a refill she told me to call into the office. Well it took days of phone tag to get that done. It was problems with the front desk for not calling me back or to deliver messages. I eventually called the pharmacy to see if they had sent it in, I told the pharmacy about the problem I was having and they said that the office was known for bad communication. A must see! Dr. Chestnut is a hottie. That's pretty much all I have to say, but it's required that I write a minimum of one hundred and fifty words to satisfy the website criteria. I suppose I could tell you that the office was tidy and hygienic...Or that the staff were spectacularly friendly...Or I could even tell you how easy it was to make an appointment...But that would take focus off of the real reason I'm writing this review, and that reason is simple. Good Doctor's If you are in the market for a doctor's for the whole family, look no further! Excellent patient care, friendly staff, inviting office. What I really like is that the doctor's LISTEN! They don't just come in and write you a prescription, they listen to your concerns and needs. There are doctor's for the young and old,even the kids!
