I was seeing Dr. Baltera for a 2nd opinion on an earlier injury. All members of the staff I encountered were professional and caring. I felt Dr. Baltera did an excellent job explaining my condition and options. Even though I found out my movement and function of the finger isn't what I'd like, I felt confident in his assessment and and was appreciative of the time he spent.
Dr. was very kind, knowledgeable, and straight to the point!! I think he is an excellent Dr.
I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately taken to the exam room to wait for the Dr., who came within a reasonable time. Dr. Balterra answered my questions and took adequate time with me.
Dr. Baltera and his staff were outstanding, caring and efficient. I give Dr Baltera, office staff and nurses the highest marks possible.
Dr Baltera is a skilled surgeon. First time I had surgery on my thumb 20 years ago. I needed more surgery to straighten 3 of my fingers. Now my fingers are straight and look great. Dr. Baltera is very polite and his staff and office are very helpful and courteous. His Therapy crew is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Dr. Baltera has been my doctor for many years. He has taken excellent care of me. Recently I went out of town and had a bad fall. Ended up severely spraining my hand. At first, I thought it was broken. But I could move all my fingers. Waited to come back home to see Dr. Baltera. Some people thought that I was nuts to not go see about it sooner. However, Dr. Baltera’s team fit me in, from a cancellation. I know him to be caring, honest and an incredible doctor. Everyone that I have referred to him has been equally satisfied.
Knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. Very encouraging but firm when advising about therapy and what is needed to gain back function.
