This "urgent" care center is a joke. They have no idea how to be urgent about anything. Been here over 3 hours, and I've only seen the nurse, doctor, and tech for a total of 25 minutes altogether. There were only 2 people in the waiting room when I got here, and only a handful of people have showed up since then. The doctor was not efficient in the slightest. Ran all of these tests, that I'm sure will cost a small fortune, just for her to tell me what I told her upon arrival was wrong. I will never come back to this location... read more
Staff was rude and unprofessional, facility was extremely dirty and the wait time was ridiculous. 3 and 1/2 hours is pathetic when there are 2 total in the waiting room. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Russel and the entire staff is phenomenal. I had all of my prenatal care here. Every person in the office is professional, kind, and talented. I would highly recommend them!
RecommendedLove Dr Boel and Dr Crigger. Dr Boel goes over and beyond about your concerns. He will keep going until he figures out the problem. The only complaint I have about this office is it’s always so hot in the rooms.
Absolutely love Dr Brent Walz, and staff. They take care of my Orthopedic needs.
A 24 hour wait on a phone call is the last straw. I loved this office, but the absurd things you have to go through to get simple things taken care of are extremely daunting. Good luck to you if you have any billing questions. They have you fill out updated information forms overytime you go in, but they never even actually update your file. They ask you for your phone number like 5 times in that form, but still use old information. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Get it together Jeffersonville Pediatrics!
Dr Duany has the best bed side manner and is a top notch surgeon. Highly recommend
We LOVE Jeffersonville Pediatrics!! Any worry you have as a parent they always explain it to you or get to the bottom of the problem. I’m truly impressed with the care my 3 children receive and I couldn’t imagine taking my children anywhere else and trusting any other doctor with their health.
