Call ins are pointless. Called in 30 mins ago and food still not ready. And to top it off, I was offered to get only flats, but that was not my order. I have to wait 5 minutes because I refused flats only. This is the third time, same experience. I am officially done. Will not be back. Food is really good, just not happy with service.

I placed an order over the phone asked my food be hot and fresh especially my fries. Spent over $15.00 on a meal and she tells me to be there with in 15 min so I get there with in 10 minutes and my food was coming out. Food was cold fries were cold and seemed like they were recooked to make them fresh. Had to throw the fries away and ate celery. I tried to call an order in and was hung up on before anyone actually answered. Called back and was immediately put on hold for over five minutes with no explanation. You should really work on your phone customer service.

My 5 children and I went to eat at Jefferson's last night. Kayla was my server and was wonderful. One of my kids were upset because they didn't have pizza. The servers were all very caring and attentive to him and went to the back and came back out and told him that they were making him a pizza!! Kayla brought coloring sheets to my other children and let them use her colored pens to color with. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!!
Loved the atmosphere an Dinner was wonderful..
Went there to eat tonight. It was a little crowded but almost everyone had already had their food. Was sat in the bar area & waited for 20-30 min before we got up and just walked out. Nobody ever came to our table
