I go to the West location just about every weekend, and while I do love the beer selection, the food is great, and the staff is excellent, I wish Management wouldn't insist on blaring late 80s-early 90s music loud enough that I can't communicate with the person sitting next to me. If management reads this, please put the radio on customer requested games. Please.

Thank you for your feedback and your business. We only play the game sound during KU games, Chiefs games, and Royals playoff games. We do not play the sound from other games because we inevitably end up making guests upset who do not want to listen to that game but rather another one. We simply cannot play them all so we elect to keep music on. We play classic rock to 80s and 90s that is family friendly. As far as volume, we are happy to accommodate that to the best of our ability.
Burger was very good....liked the fries.....if the bun was warmed up it would have been even better. She really liked her wings....!!!!

The buns are run through our toaster that's designed for that...we must've missed that step and made a mistake and we apologize for that.
Ice Cold Beer..and chicken fingers and cheese fries all were awesome and the servers rocked it! I love Jefferson's....
