The service was terrible. We were seated and then forgotten about. We had to flag down a waitress to get service. Not sure if she was our waitress or not and she didn’t either. The floor was slippery throughout the entire restaurant. Neither one of the sinks in the women’s restroom was working so I’m not sure how the staff washed their hands because customers sure couldn’t.
First time eating there and I will be going back!!
Don’t go here looking for oysters. Always some lame excuse.....save the trouble if you can and just drive to Jacksonville and go to Po Boys
Call ins are pointless. Called in 30 mins ago and food still not ready. And to top it off, I was offered to get only flats, but that was not my order. I have to wait 5 minutes because I refused flats only. This is the third time, same experience. I am officially done. Will not be back. Food is really good, just not happy with service.
I tried to call an order in and was hung up on before anyone actually answered. Called back and was immediately put on hold for over five minutes with no explanation. You should really work on your phone customer service.
Loved the atmosphere an Dinner was wonderful..
Went there to eat tonight. It was a little crowded but almost everyone had already had their food. Was sat in the bar area & waited for 20-30 min before we got up and just walked out. Nobody ever came to our table
