We went to Jefferson’s in Lawrence on the west side, and had the greatest waiter, Julian. Not only are their wings and burgers the best, but so is Julian’s service!

Very great atmosphere, GREAT food and also very accommodating! My family of 5, one of them being 3 years old arrived and there was only one table for 4 available. We told her that it was completely fine because the little one could sit on our lap. We understood that it was busy! Lol About 5 minutes after we sat a gentleman in a booth shortly got up and left. After years of walking by Jefferson's during visits from Leavenworth, my son and I decided to try it today. Atmosphere/music was the best. Service was amazing. Now lets talk about that Mushroom Swiss Burger: when I get steak I don't use A1 because if the steak is done right you don't need it - a burger, you always need catsup, mayo, something - right? Not this burger, it literally melted in my mouth - perfectly cooked, juicy & delicious - almost made me forget how good those fried pickles were! My only regret is that we wait... read more
