Class and exceptional service all the way. A fabulous "stay-cation" New Year's Eve. Our room was pure elegance, the hotel staff were warm and friendly without ever compromising service. Dinner at Plume was worthy of it newly Michelin Star rating. We are long time customers of the Quill Small Bar with Ivan, which is always a delight after a long Friday at work, so it was a delight to finally stay a weekend. Thank you.

Actually had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel, we wanted to give it five stars BUT our experience has been ruined with ongoing issues with the hotel taking unauthorised amounts from our credit card even AFTER we checked out!! When it occurred during our stay we were assured that they would remove the blocked amounts......but they have not. � We spent over an hour whilst in NYC on our last day of our holiday in the USA on the phone to the hotel and to our bank to try and sort this mess out as the unauthorised amounts ... read more
