I loved all the staff and doctors there they really cared about my well being and they never made it feel like I didn’t have a choice in anything and I felt heard when I was there
Er was great!! Went to 9th fl, it was totally disaster!! The nurses were rude, insulting, not helping me,.. I know I have problems talking but try listening & not rushing out!! I heard so many times we are coming, but 2-3 hrs later?? My last day there, they threw me out, means they threw everything at me!!
My experience at Jefferson hospital was “exceptional!” The TEAM of doctors monitored and treated my health issues with sincere concern. I found it remarkable that the doctors actually called me to check on how I was feeling!! Thank you Dr. Sommer and your exceptional TEAM!
