This is a very well run facility. I use the infusion center and everyone from check in to checkout is very accommodating to patients. I didn't have the same experience at the new Honickman hospital in center city. The infusion center up there is dictators instead of accommodating patients. Jefferson needs to concentrate on south philly location because staff is excellent in treatment of any kind.
Dr Lazar did my surgery on December 24th and it was a pleasant experience. She is very nice and compassionate. I felt that she genuinely cared about me and made what would have been a very anxious experience to a very positive experience I would definitely see her again and highly recommend her
My mom came here in Oct 20 2023 for blood due to her anemia (4.8 hemoglobin), sat there all day, was told you guys couldn't give her blood because of cold antibody. You told her to come back the next day. She died the morning she was supposed to come back. She was my only immediate family. Are you all capable of doing your jobs? Do y'all even care? Wishing you all the worst! If I could give negative stars I would. If I could pray/wish you all went through the same thing, I would but unfortunately life's not like that. Close ... read more
Very rude staff at the front desk, not nice AT ALL.
I bike to my doctor’s appointment because I live in the city, I don’t always have access to a car, it’s healthy to ride my bike, walking takes way too long, and SEPTA is unreliable. I’ve always parked my bike in the one spot I can - on these railings (pictured). The other day I showed up and saw that no bike parking on the railings is allowed, with no provided alternative. How does this make any sense?
