My mom came here in Oct 20 2023 for blood due to her anemia (4.8 hemoglobin), sat there all day, was told you guys couldn't give her blood because of cold antibody. You told her to come back the next day. She died the morning she was supposed to come back. She was my only immediate family. Are you all capable of doing your jobs? Do y'all even care? Very rude staff at the front desk, not nice AT ALL.
I bike to my doctor’s appointment because I live in the city, I don’t always have access to a car, it’s healthy to ride my bike, walking takes way too long, and SEPTA is unreliable. I’ve always parked my bike in the one spot I can - on these railings (pictured). The other day I showed up and saw that no bike parking on the railings is allowed, with no provided alternative. How does this make any sense?
I had a deeply upsetting experience at my recent appointment. The medical assistant and the doctor were highly unprofessional and clearly in need of customer service training. I’ve never left a doctor’s office feeling so heartbroken and humiliated. The doctor showed no empathy whatsoever, and I could even hear him whispering to the receptionist about what happened in the exam room! which felt like a clear violation of my privacy.
