Definitely worth the price! A little messy on move in and really easy to go over the power cap, but other than that great experience! Love the 4x4 layout.

Love the Lofts staff! They are very friendly and always so helpful :). The maintenance guys are efficient and friendly. Everyone at the Lofts seems to work very hard to help us out. I enjoy even the little things - like getting my package and catching up with the people at the front desk. The only reason I did 4 instead of 5 is because sometimes the apartments themselves could be a bit nicer for the price. But overall you all are great!

Love it here except my bike was stolen only 4 days after move-in. If you have a bike, keep it in your apartment or at least get a good lock. Other than that, they are very nice apartments, decent size, clean, and new. I live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and its very cheap compared to the other apartment complexes.
I used to live at the Village at Science Drive and it was horrible. I recently moved into the lofts last month and I am so happy ! Maintence comes right away and they are willing to replace anything broken.
If anyone wants a spot in a 2 bedroom 1 bath for fall 2016 starting August 20th message me!!!
