I currently live here and it is so nice! Love how quickly the staff respond and fix any problem I've had (very minimal) and how nice they are. Awesome pool and activities the lofts comes with, as well as all the free food they offer!

For the little time that I have lived here I have really enjoyed it. The maintaince team is so fast and just ready to work on any problems you have and they just provide you with so much!!! I would definitely recommend!

I've lived at The Lofts since January 2016 and I've liked my experience so far. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Usually when something comes up (sink faucet breaking, ect) the maintenance crew comes out very quickly to help fix whatever issues we have. Another great thing is how close to UCF and Valencia it is. UCF has free shuttles that take you to the school and back to The Lofts, which is great to help save gas.
