I just resigned for another year. The facilities are in great condition, the maintenance staff is really fast and helpful. It's the kind of place where you fill like home.

I moved into lofts fall 2017 and it has been one of my best decisions! I live in a 4/2 loft and it feels so homey! I love that it’s a super quiet neighborhood and I never hear my neighbors! This maintenance is super quick to getting back to you if you need assistance and can help with any problem you may have! The staff is always super fun and friendly, plus they always have great events going on in the clubhouse!

The Maintenance is very nice and extremely quick, anytime they have came they try to make things as little as an inconvenience to me as possible. I love the amenities, the pool is very nice and the gym is well kept. You get free waffles every Wednesday and the community staff try to put on little events. The rooms aren't the biggest, but I like the large living room because it makes it feel homey. The Lofts Community is a great place for students to live. Its minutes away the University of Florida, and if off the main roads and easy to access. The units are great quality for a great price and they have everything you'd expect from a student living apartment community. I highly recommend living at the Lofts.
The Lofts has a great atmosphere. They host a lot of events to keep things fun. And with the pool, gym, volleyball and basketball courts there is always something to do here. The apartments are also nice and spacious.

I’ve lived at the lofts since Fall 2016 and have just resigned for another year. The maintainence staff is super quick and extremely nice when it comes to work orders! My favorite thing about the lofts is the pool & although the gym does not have a lot of machines, it is the perfect size for a good workout. Overall, the bedrooms are pretty small (in the 4x2 flat) but if you live in the 4x2 flat you get an extra closet 😉. I moved into the lofts in August of 2017 and I've renewed my lease for another year as well. The apartments are really nice, the pool is beautiful, and the office staff host events for the residents all the time. The property is usually very quiet and I feel safe coming and going. I'd definitely recommend living here!
