Horrible. Negligence and incompetence!! I had a bad experience 2 years ago and my chronically ill husband had a bad experience there on 13/4/2024. He has a long complicated medical history that includes diabetes and osteomyelitis of his toes. He went to the emergency room concerned about an open wound on his left foot. He had to wait hours. He is oxygen dependent and he wasn’t given oxygen! They put a dressing on the wound but his shoe didn’t fit over his foot. The nurse got annoyed and walked away. ER is horrible. From what I heard they have a good surgery team. Came in for a knee injury that I couldn't straighten, bend or even move. Denied pain medications after I asked several times. I was polite about it even though I was on pain scale of 6/10. Only to be told I didn't look/act like I was in pain. My BP was pre-hypertensive and had slightly higher to normal HR (all indications of pain). I guess you have to be screaming in pain before they give you anything to shut you up. I broke my L3 vertebrae by 30% which can't be touched with surgery. Anyway they wouldn't do anything do about my bowels because I hadn't gone for 6 days and they didn't even think ABOUT GIVING ME A WALKER SO THAT IT WOULD BE EASIER FOR ME TO GET AROUND. I mean these people know about lumbar fractures. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 25 I WOULD.

As an almost 25 year military veteran who's been fortunate enough to serve around the globe, and been in quite a few hospitals and medical facilities. This hospital is by far the worst I've ever encountered! Earlier this month, I had the misfortune of visiting this hospital's ER during a medical emergency of severe pain in my shoulder, arm, and fingers.
