The Female dentist that attended to me was knowledgeable and very respectful in answering my question. All other staff were very humble and respectful.
Arrived 15 mins early for appointment. After 3.5 hours only xrays were completed. 2.5 of the hours were just waiting to get my teeth cleaned. I was told that the appointment would be no more than an hour long including a orthodontist consult. That consult was about 5 mins or less. I did not have any cavities and had nearly zero plaque. I take really good care of my teeth and have only had 1 cavity my whole life. I was going to use my bonus pay from work to get braces. I have never had braces. Wonderful experience with braces! Dr. Lin is truly excellent at what he does. His team was professional at every visit, and we always received clear explanations about what to expect during each phase of treatment. My son had his braces removed just in time for senior picture day! I highly recommend Dr. Lin and his team.
