Place is completely horrible, don’t let the fake 4 star reviews fool you on the Google Maps. If you like being rescheduled and waiting forever for your next braces/Invisalign appointment then this is the perfect place for you. 3 years on Invisalign with these guys because they reschedule me months out. Horrible. 0.1 star.
High turnover rate with doctors, unprofessional employees and mostly does not stand bye the work performed, they only want your hard earned money don't go!!!!!!!
The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! It’s so much that I don’t even want to explain. I’ll I know is I asked for a refund of the 1,000. Plus that I spent for a service I never got, the told me it could take up to 4 months to get my money back, the corporate office has just been giving me the run around.
Stay away they dobt know what they are doing. Immediately they offer you finance, they will take forever to complete the job and this is if they ever finish. Staff ate like robots just the problems to other, very poor management wuth ver poor communication skills. They'll schedule you appointments but maybe be expecting to be there 4-5 hours. Once they get you approved they stop communicating with you.
