Jefferson Dental and Orthopedics is AWFUL!!!! They DO NOT follow through with their mission statement. If there's an issue and you need help and answers, you have to speak to all who answer the phones inside the small local offices. It's sad because it seems they all work together as far as passing the message on. There is no office manager that is willing to help although they do say the words "they will" but they don't. You know I used to love you guys but your management office who handles your insurance and scheduling really need to learn how to do their job. Not only did they waste 3 hours of mine and a 40 min drive one way on a Saturday just to say they were overbooked and try to send me elsewhere they failed to show any empathy for the situation. No care at all. then they wasted 2 weeks not bothering to verify insurance for my oldest son when y'all took the exact same insurance just 2 weeks ago with my other son. I would give 0 stars to this location as the staff are rude and unprofessional and the dentist lacks the necessary experience to treat the patient's teeth. Last month when i went there The dentist told me that I needed to fill eight teeth plus deep cleaning . They messed up my teeth so now I could not eat or drink sweet or hot foods They also broke my front tooth . I have avoided the dentist for way too long. I finally could avoid it no longer. I was terrified of the unknown and imagined pain. Everybody was super friendly and professional. They are going at it 100% all day long. The Hygienst, Canessa, was excellent at her job. It was no where near as painful as I had imagined and we got through it without any screaming or fainting.

Nothing was okay about their service. No one could even tell us an accurate time for our appointments, told 2 different times in one day for 4 different people. Billed us for services before insurance paid. We paid anyway. Asked their office to send us itemized bills. They never did. Kept sending invoices for what we already paid. Never returned multiple phone calls asking about our bill. I am very displeased with Jefferson Clinic. They pulled all my teeth and refuse to give my money back to be. I have requested a full refund. Two days ago I called and no one has returned my call. I also am calling the better business bureau Please don't use them. Because they don't care about the customer. They don't even deserve 1 rating its zero.

DO NOT GO! If I could give a 0 rating I would. I went to these scammers August 24, 2022 for an Ortho visit. They gave me an Ortho treatment plan and what my monthly payment would be. I told them I had a general dentist appointment the next day and wanted to wait until I got the amount for that plan before signing. I was told "oh don't worry, your insurance will cover it", so I signed the contract.
