I was there from 11:20am and didnt leave until like 6:15pm it took forever
learn how to treat your customers they seemed eager to take my money.
I made an appointment for a cleaning and when I got there all they did is do 1 1/2 hours of X-rays and told me I needed a deep cleaning not a regular cleaning & a possible tooth extraction and my insurance doesn’t pay for that. They said that they would submit a request to my insurance and I would probably be looking at 3 months to get an answer. I feel that I was deceived about the appointment. my appointment was at 10am they told me to wait in the car that they will give me a call an 1 and 40 minutes later I walk in and ask whats going on they gave me an excuse of my computer was not working. just say the truth you forgot to call! the only person that was caring and good was the lady that took my x-rays. they were taking thir time to get to me .
