Every single time I come here WITH a scheduled appointment, I still have to wait 30+ minutes. The people are ok although some seem to rather be some place else, you can tell by their “side eye” looks & customer service. I gave them 3 chances, no more. The last time I visited, I really believe teeth were removed that didn’t need to be. I will definitely take our business elsewhere. Had to add that the female dentist (I believe is Indian) is really good though.
I have been in Texas for 18 years and been to alot of pushy unprofessional dentist that make you hate dentist. I am so happy that I found Jefferson Dental. For anyone searching for a pleasant considerate, friendly face service Jefferson Dental is the place. They were the best at making my children feeling right at ease and there's no other dentist I'll ever go to except them. They have me and my family as clients from now on. I've been attending this clinic for almost two years for my braces. The orthodontist is a great man who's skill and wisdom in his work surpassed my expectations. I definitely recommend him. There's also an assistant by the name of Leslie, she's amazing. I will miss them both.
This clinic is hands down better than most private dental offices. They are professional, show concern for your care, and have the most reasonable fees around. They even work with you to make payments so that you aren't without needed dental care. I refer everyone I know there for dental care.
