When I scheduled an appointment, I provided all of my insurance information. They scheduled an appointment, and even contacted me multiple times confirming it. Then, on the day of the appointment, they called to reschedule, because "the dentist who accepts my insurance only works Thursdays." When the day they finally settled on for the appointment arrived, I showed up 15 minutes early and checked in. I then had to wait TWO HOURS and they still hadn't called me back. Fatima and Alejandra have been awesome since the moment I walked in. I came in hungry and Alejandra quickly offered me a snack and water. Very attentive! Gave me updates throughout the entire visit. Love this place!
